That the quarterly report of Library and Information Services for the period: 1 October to 31 December 2019 BE NOTED, subject to the following:

All programs to include information relating to COVID 19 to educate the children

Pro-active communication with Councillors is required ito programmes scheduled for the area of Subcouncil 7

A schedule of planned programmes for the remainder of 2020 to be forwarded to Subcouncil.
