RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 defers the application for a Lease for 6 Bridge Court, Roseville Road, Claremont, to the September 2019 Subcouncil Meeting and that the following occur:

The department to arrange with the current tenant that a site inspection be undertaken at 6 Bridge Court.
Once permission has been obtained, the Subcouncil Manager to make the necessary arrangements with the Councillors.
That the vacant flat in Bridge Court also be inspected.
