Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the discussion on homelessness and safe spaces.

Subcouncil 20 supports the two locations for safe spaces, namely, Uli Heydt Building and the end of the M3 Freeway in Tokai/Westlake.

Subcouncil 20 supports that the Subcouncil Manager arranges a meeting with Social Development before 23 August 2019 to discuss homelessness and safe spaces.
