It be NOTED that an application for the extension of liquor trading days and hours’ received, was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
SubCouncil 19 recommended that the application for the extension of liquor trading hours for reference WCP/40190, Checkers Muizenberg, Cnr Main & Atlantic Road, Muizenberg be REFUSED, for:

Mondays to Saturdays, 18:00 until 20:00 for Consumption OFF Premises

Sundays, 11:00 until 18:00 for Consumption OFF Premises
