Subject inter alia to the following conditions: a) A consideration of R883 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable; b) The management agreement will endure for a period of up to ten (1) years; c) The consideration will be adjusted annually in terms of the tariff structure as approved by Council; d) The consideration will be adjusted annually in terms of the tariff structure as approved by Council; e) The property be used for early childhood development purposes only; f) Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements; g) No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property. .
