UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED a. That the reviewed Subcouncil and Ward Business plans for 2018/19 BE ADOPTED for implementation. b. That the chairperson and ward councillors sign off on the Subcouncil and Ward Business plans for 2018/19. c. That the Ward councillors monitor the implementation and progress with ward plans on a monthly basis. d. That it be noted that quarterly progress reports will be submitted to the subcouncil. e. That these documents be discussed with ward committees at the next round of meetings. f. That these plans also be forwarded to line departments to ensure that these are accommodated in their business plans for 2018/19 and subsequent years. ACTION: ELMALEEN DU PLESSIS
