UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED That the decisions taken in terms of subdelegated authority ((07SUB03/07/17 (b, d & e)) with respect to event liquor licences during the period: 1 August to 31 August 2018 BE NOTED. 1. E180722 - The Church Basaar Subcouncil 07 recommends that the application received from Annemart Agengach for the Church Basaar, Reference No. E180722 BE SUPPORTED 2. E180723 - Stellies Trust Subcounil 07 recommends that the application received from Stellies Trust Reference No. E180723 BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED that the sale of liquor be only until 20:00 because this is an educational facility. 3. E180822 - The Durbie Dash Subcouncil 07 recommends that the application received from Ernest Jacobus Viljoen for the The Durbie Dash, Reference No. E180822 BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED subject to liquor only being sold in the beer garden of which access must be strictly controlled and consumption limited to the beer garden.
