1. That the report on the Proposed Granting of In-Principle approval for the sale of
viable City land, ERF 32580-Mitchells Plain, located at 2 Palestrina Street, Eastridge
Mitchells Plain BE DEFERRED to the September Subcouncil meeting pending further
investigation;
2. That the official, Mr Shelton Nhiwatiwa, provide information regarding the removal
of the prefab structure previously situated on the subject property and the reasons
for the removal of the structure.
