RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
a. That Subcouncil 7 SUPPORT and RECOMMEND to Council as follows:
(i) The approved project WPX.0010666: Elderly and youth programmes – Ward 112 amounting to R30 000 BE CANCELLED;
(ii) The funds amounting to R30 000 BE ALLOCATED to a new project: Repairs and Maintenance: Onze Molen Mill.
b. The new project and 2018/19 budget amendment be included in the January Adjustment Budget.
