UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED That it BE NOTED that the following application for an event liquor licence was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and recess powers and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended, during the period June and July 2018: 1. E180706 - The Sunflower Outdoor Music Festival Conditionally supported only for the following hours: a) Saturday 24 August from 13:00 - 02:00 b) Not recommended for 26 August 2018 due to the fact that 3 events applications have been received from 24-26 August until 22:00, which will have a negative impact on the surrounding community in terms of noise nuisance and traffic. 2. E180716 - Stellenberg Gemeente Vosburg Karoo Kuier Subcouncil 7 recommends that the application received from NG Kerk Stellenberg for the Stellenberg Gemeente Vosburg Karoo Kuier, Reference No. E180716 BE SUPPORTED. 3. E180717 - Stellenberg Gemeente Feesmark Subcouncil 7 recommends that the application received from NG Kerk Stellenberg for the Stellenberg Gemeente Feesmark, Reference No. E180717 BE SUPPORTED 4.
