RESOLVED
1. Subcouncil 20 supports that the roll-over funding of R12 601 be used to
purchase canvas coverings for the trailers and any other Capital equipment deemed necessary in the performance of functions.
2. Subcouncil 20 endorses that Mr Rudolph Witlshire be invited to attend the
September Subcouncil meeting to respond to the issue of the trailers.
3. Subcouncil 20 endorses that the Subcouncil Manager check the wording for the control document with regards to the canvas covering for the trailer and to include any accessories thereto.
