1. Subcouncil 20 notes the content of the report on the Way Forward on the 2019/2020 Budget Process.
2. Subcouncil 20 notes the guidance on the way forward but opts to first discuss how the Subcouncil would proceed with capacitating Ward Committees on the draft 2019/2020 Budget.
