Cllr Moses reported that street lights have not been repaired in the following streets NY 109, NY 124 near Lingelihle Hostels Gugulethu. Electrification in the informal settlement ward 40 and ward 44 is still not resolved he asked that a meeting be scheduled with the relevant Line department officials.
