RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
1. Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the report on the finding of leak
detections in area South.
2. Subcouncil 20 requests that a written report be forwarded to the
Subcouncil Manager to include the following aspects:
a) A list of all the facilities inspected by the Department for leaks.
b) A list of the Dept of Public Works and SAPS.
c) A list of the inspections conducted versus what has been achieved.
