Mr Richard White, Subcouncil Manager, reported that information was forwarded to Councillors indicating that leaks were discovered by using visual aids and listening devices.

RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

1. Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the report on the finding of leak
detections in area South.

2. Subcouncil 20 requests that a written report be forwarded to the
Subcouncil Manager to include the following aspects:

a) A list of all the facilities inspected by the Department for leaks.
b) A list of the Dept of Public Works and SAPS.
c) A list of the inspections conducted versus what has been achieved.
