UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that application for the extension of liquor trading hours submitted by Picardi Rebel Fine Wines & Liquors, 4 Board Walk Centre, Cnr Victoria Avenue & Oxford Street, Hout Bay, Off Consumption Sunday 11:00 – 18:00, BE REFUSED for the following reason:
The establishment regularly supplies liquor to unlicensed shebeens via unlicensed drivers without the necessary liquor operating permits.
