UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of City Land, a portion of public street abutting Erf 147 Vredehoek, shown lettered as ABC on the plan STC 2688 marked Annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 16m², to Sarah Jane Mould, Pierre Henri De Villiers and Antonia Digma De Villiers, or its successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions, that: a) A tariff rental of R395,61 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of entering of the new lease be payable; b)The lease will endure for a period of ten years; c)The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council; d)The property be used for gardening and security purposes only e)Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority; f)ubject to compliance with any other statutory requirements g)No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
