Resolution detail

RESOLVED a) That the Subcouncil office do the follow-up on the CCTV cameras whether it has been installed for Wards 15, 84 & 109 and also to arrange a site visit. b) To follow-up with Recreation and Parks on Ward 15 Helderzicht Sportsfield on the unspent R25 000. c) The Subcouncil will have a look at the boardroom table that was delivered at Desmond Tutu Hall in Ward 96. d) That the official be invited to the Subcouncil meeting to give a presentation on the progress of the project i.e. Public Transport Facility Makhaza M Bus Faclity in Ward 96. e) The festival of lights expenditure in Ward 84 and the contact details of the vendor Calibre Group be submitted to the Chairperson in order for him to submit it to Southey’s Vines. f) That the report be NOTED.
