a) That the progressive capital expenditure report: April 2018 BE NOTED. b) That it BE RECOMMENDED that a meeting be arranged with the Mayco member and the ED: Utility Services to discuss the timeframe for the implementation of the Beaconvale Drop-Off site. c) That it BE RECOMMENDED that the Subcouncil Manager determine from the Project Manager: Illegal Data Collections, CWPX.000940 (R60 000) whether appointees received a detailed scope of the project. d) That it BE RECOMMENDED that a meeting be arranged with the Project Manager: Community Clean Up, CWPX. 0009172, to discuss the ineffectiveness of the project, within The Range
