Resolution detail

a) That the application for extension of liquor trading hours Monday to Sunday, 02:00 to 04:00 for on-consumption premises in respect of: Lucky Plaza, Erf 7481, 309A Voortrekker Road, Vasco, Goodwood, Licence Reference Number: WCP/029934 – Ward 26 BE APPROVED. b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn. c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
