Subcouncil 19 considered the above report and RECOMMENDED
a)To Support and recommend to Council that the unallocated amount of R465 666, forthcoming from additional allocations and 2016/17 balances, be allocated to the projects as set out in Annexure A.
b)That the new projects and 2017/18 budget amendments be included in the January adjustment budget.
