RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND Subcouncil 20 supports the recommendation the right to use and manage a portion of Council property on Erf 4382, Tokai, Tokai Library in extent approximately 19m2, by the Tokai Neighbourhood Crime Watch as a site office, be approved, subject to inter alia the following Conditions, that: a) A Management Agreement be entered into by and between the Tokai Neighbourhood Crime Watch and the City’s Department of Library and Information Services for a period of 3 years; b) The property be used as a site office only; c) Subject to such further Conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority; d) Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements; e) No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
