The Subcouncil Manager informed the members that the purpose of the report is to determine the allocation of the remaining unallocated seats to Sectors and the certification of these Sectors as per the respective Ward Committees. The Ward Councillor Cllr A Cassiem proposed amendments to number of seats per Sector selected in Ward 46. The following seats were previously recommended by the Subcouncil.
