Resolution detail

The Councillors made the following comments; • Due to Apartheid Spatial planning the transformer is in close proximity to new residential area, Parkhills primary school and can cause radiation emitions and need to understand health implications thereof. • Public Participation should be held engaging communities. • Request for Environmental Health Report on the matter. The Subcouncil members agreed that the report be deferred to the next Subcouncil meeting and that the official be present jointly with a representative from Environmental Health to respond to issues of clarity raised.
