Cllr Middleton stated that he is not in support of this liquor application as it is trading within a residential area.
Chairperson informed the meeting that the Ward Councillor will advise the community on the outcome of this application.
RESOLVED
It is recommended that:
(a) Subcouncil 8 recommends that Consumption On Premises Liquor Licence application, reference WCP/037642 for Simunye Liquors BE SUPPORTED.
(b) That it BE NOTED this item will be removed from the matters receiving attention list.
