1. Subcouncil 20 approves the application for a liquor licence received from Steenberg liquors, ERF 83731, Portion of Ground Floor, 170a Retreat Road, Retreat, 7800, Reference No WCP038815/A:- for the extension of liquor trading days and hours Mondays to Saturdays, 18:00 until 20:00 for Consumption OFF Premises.
2. Subcouncil 20 notes that based on a site inspection, the information supplied is incorrect as there is no car guard or paid parking area.
