RESOLVED Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson also being the Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Tiger’s Milk Claremont, ERF 140700, Shop 1, 21 Sunclare Building, Dreyer Street, Claremont for Consumption ON Premises, Reference No LLA1709013 BE SUPPORTED, subject to the following Conditions that liquor is sold and served as follows:- a) Monday to Saturday i) The applicant is allowed to serve liquor until 23:00 for the inside area. ii) The applicant is allowed to serve liquor until 22:00 for the outside area. b) Sundays i) The applicant is allowed to serve liquor until 22:00 for the inside area. ii) The applicant is allowed to serve liquor until 20:00 for the outside area. c) Outside area: i) The undertaking to establish a wooden deck on the outside trading area is supported. However trading may only take place on the deck area and not on the concrete hard areas. The greening / landscaping of the outside area needs to be increased as that shown on the diagrams provided is inadequate (Annexure E). A landscaping plan needs to be developed for this area.
