RESOLVED
Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Bistro Sixteen 82, Erf 10829, Steenberg Estate, Steenberg Road, Tokai, for the sale of liquor for Consumption ON premises, Reference No LLA1710006, BE SUPPORTED.
Note:
Subcouncil 20 requests that cognisance be taken of the fact that the licence is limited to a facility providing a maximum of 70 indoor seats and a maximum of 32 outdoor seats only. This is a Condition of the Land Use approval.
