A progress report about the development processes on the unbuilt N2 road reserve, Strand, ie the provision of temporary basic services and the future relocation of occupiers, will be provided to Subcouncil on a regular basis, for noting.
HDA is continually facilitating engagements with the communities, Councillors, line departments and service providers to clarify and resolve issues and present plans for progress.

Cllr Middleton recommend that a meeting being arranged between SANRAL, City Officials, HDA and Councillors. Cllr Punt supports recommendation of Cllr Middleton. Cllr Nikelo requests that minutes be kept of the said meeting and distributed to all Councillors of the Subcouncil.
With reference to above this matter can be removed from the MRA list.
