Mr Derek Louw represented the Finance Department.
An updated ward allocation progress report was tabled by the Subcouncil manager. See Addendum B.
Cllr Roberto Quintas said that the upgrade of parks gives a new sense of optimism in the community. He commended Pauline McConney in this regard.
Cllr Dave Bryant sought clarification as to project CPX.00099222-F1 CCTV Cameras – Chapel Street: the comment reflects LPR Cameras, while it should be CCTV Cameras. Has the vendor submitted a new tax clearance certificate?
Subsequently an email was received confirming:
1.CCTV Cameras – confirm the comment relates to installation of CCTV Cameras
2.Tax Clearance Certificate – certificate has been submitted.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) the Progressive Capital Expenditure report as at the end of September 2017 be NOTED.
b)a presentation be given on CPX 0010007-F2: the
Woodstock Drop-off Upgrade
c)a presentation be given on C13.84076-F2: the City CBD Electricity Depot
