RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
Subcouncil 20 recommends adoption of the 2016/2017 Ward Allocation Projects Review and submitted to Council in terms of Clause 13.1 of the Ward Allocation Policy approved by Council on 29 January 2014, subject to the follow concern:
• WC2072219 the upgrade at Groenewald Sports Field: The project was not signed off due to poor workmanship which has been assessed by an independent verifier. A report is pending circulation to the Ward Councillor who has requested that the contractor not be paid.
