RESOLVED
1. Subcouncil 20 approves the application for a liquor licence received from Pick ‘n Pay Liquor (Golding, Kenilworth) Erf 172020, Cnr Summerley and Main Road, Kenilworth, Reference No WCP041334/B:- for the extension of trading days and hours, Sundays, 11:00 until 18:00 for Consumption OFF Premises.
FURTHER RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
2. Subcouncil 20 supports that the Subcouncil Manager refers points 6.15 and 6.16 (first bullet) in the Conditions for the Sale of Liquor for Consumption Off the Premises where Liquor is Sold, for clarity, as the opinion of the Subcouncil is that these points are inaccurate.
