Subcouncil 20 notes the Subdelegation Rule part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Norval Foundation, Erf: 10905, Steenberg Road, Tokai, for the sale of liquor Consumption ON and OFF Premises, Reference No LLA1707006, BE SUPPORTED, for the area zoned General Business as this zoning allows for the sale / consumption of alcohol.
