RESOLVED ON 18 SEPTEMBER 2017 The report is on the agenda as item 06SUB40/09/17 RESOLVED ON 16 AUGUST 2017 a) That it be noted that an application for a liquor licence received from De Tijger Enjoy, Erf: 19175, Shop 3, De Tijger Shopping Centre, Parow for Off-Consumption was considered and the following recommendation will be forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended. b) Subcouncil 06 recommended that the application for an off-Consumption premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA1707027, for the business De Tijger Enjoy, Erf: 19175, Shop 3, De Tijger Shopping Centre, Parow BE DEFERRED and that it be dealt with under sub–delegation authority of the subcouncil.
