RESOLVED
a) That it be noted that an application for a liquor licence received from Erica Tops, Erf: 4328, Shop 2 Kern Crescent, Belhar, LLA 1707031 for Off-Consumption was considered and the following recommendation will be forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended.
b) Subcouncil 06 recommends that the application for an off -Consumption premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA1707031, for the business Erica Tops, Erf: 4328, Shop 2 Kern Crescent, Belhar BE SUPPORTED.
