RESOLVED Subcouncil 6 considered the application and resolved to recommend to the Executive Director: Assets and Facilities Management that the lease of Erf 2561 Bellville situated in Stellenberg Road, Bellville, shown hatched and lettered ABCDE on the attached sketch TA 536v0 marked as Annexure A in the report, in extent approximately 659m² to Faircourt Investments (Pty) Ltd, the owner of Erf 16670, Bellville, or their successors in title, be approved subject inter alia to the following conditions, that: a) A tariff rental of R2228.95 per annum excluding VAT of 14% where applicable, being R312.05 (in total R2541.00) be payable; b) The lease will endure for a period of ten years; c) The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council; d) The property be used for security purposes only; e) Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority; f) No structure be constructed over the applicable area. g) The applicable area be accessible to Council to maintain the affected services; h) The applicable area not to be fenced with solid walls, to accommodate overland stormwater.
