Subcouncil 20 requests that the Subcouncil writes a powerful motivation to the Municipal Planning Tribunal requesting that as a matter of course by the MPT, an electronic copy of any report is sent to the affected Ward Councillor 7 days prior to the MPT meeting, to allow for the scrutinisation of reports and to afford Ward Councillors an opportunity to request an interview or speak at the meeting.
