Mr Richard White, Subcouncil, reported that he was informed that the application was undergoing a public participation process again as proof of the first public participation process could not be found.

Mr Richard White, Subcouncil Manager, reported that the Lease was being re-advertised as Property Management was unable to find the public participation records.
The Chairperson advised that in light of that information and the fact that the application would be sent to the Subcouncil again, the matter may be removed from the MRA report.

be Checked on whether it is compliant, the various departments to be
