Mr Richard White, Subcouncil Manager, reported that this workshop still had to be arranged. The attendance of the Directors: Safety and Security and Disaster Risk Management, was vital an in-depth analysis on Ward Allocations and the scope of the content of the reports that are submitted to Subcouncils to be discussed including the activities reflected in the report needed to be discussed.

Mr Mogamat Kippie from DRM was present.
Mr Richard White, Subcouncil Manager, tabled a list of Old Age Homes, filed in the Official Minute as Annexure A.
He reported that the meeting that had been scheduled last Friday with Disaster Risk Management had to be postponed due to a meeting between the department and Parliamentarians at Imizamo Yethu. Meeting will be rescheduled.

Mr Richard White, Subcouncil Manager, reported that a meeting was held on 31 August with Mr Kippie and Mr Dominic Daniels where issues around the formatting of the quarterly report were discussed.
The Chairperson advised that the matter be removed from the MRA report.
