RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2 that the decision taken under sub delegated authority by the Subcouncil manager, the ward councillor and the Chairperson in respect of the liquor licence application for Winebrands Pty Ltd (LLA 1704024), erf 9140, Unit 10 Fourie Park, William Dabbs Street, Brackenfell was NOT RECOMMENDED, as an application for Consent Use is required for the selling of alcohol beverages is required.
