An administrative penalty of R 10 000.00 (±2.2% of the maximum amount that may be charged) BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised institution in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1242 Mitchells Plain, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure B.
