RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a) An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 98754 Cape Town at Rondebosch in relation to the sunroom and bathroom in accordance with the plan drawn by Architects Incoporated, with drawing number JR1-100, revision A, dated 9 November 2020.
b) An administrative penalty in the amount of R500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 98754 Cape Town at Rondebosch in relation to the street boundary wall in accordance with the plan drawn by Architects Incoporated, with drawing number JR1-100, revision A, dated 9 November 2020.
