The application for deletion and amendment of conditions of previous approvals, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 83188 & Erf 83190 Cape Town at Retreat BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to a new condition contained in Annexure A.
