An administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 107293 with regard to the unauthorised building work as per the plan drawn by Avril Jason with drawing no. LAL0320.1 Revision B, dated 27/05/2020.
