RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 3459 Noordhoek for the retaining wall, in accordance with plan drawn by Ground Rules Designs, drawing reference Rose 0030/18 and dated March 2020.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
6.5. The conduct of the owner cannot be condoned and the owner took an extended period to submit his plans.
