RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
The application for the Amendment of Conditions of an existing approval for a cell mast on Erf 30219 Cape Town,in accordance with 2.1 and 2.2 in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and amended reason 7.1.5 as follows:
7.1.5 The proposal complies with the criteria as set out in Section 99 of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in so far as desirability is concerned.
