An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 22122 Blouberg Sands, Milnerton in accordance with drawing no: VTR SC 100, Ver: D, dated Sept 2019, drawn by: E.A-PAT34897891, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
