UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 200.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Portions 72 of the Cape Farms 29, Driefonteinen for the unauthorised land use and as such BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
