An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 107, Atlantis Industrial in accordance with drawing no: ANC0619.1, dated 10-06-2019, drawn by: Avril Jason, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
