The regulation departure from 3.0m to 0.0m for an enclosed and covered patio on erf 27034, Bloubergsands, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 1001C/1704-100 dated December2018, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
