The consolidation of erven 28291 and 30961, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Plan No. ERVEN30961/28291_Con1; dated 16 March 2018, subject to the conditions enumerated in Annexure A.
